She knew the local market, she knew the process well, and she was able to give us any and all information about the home, local resources, and so on quickly and completely. She was a great communicator, and very responsive. Because of Corenna's advice and counsel we were able to win the very competitive bidding process (there were 5 other offers on the home, within a week). Once we won the bid she guided us through the escrow process, which was a little more complicated than a typical escrow because the seller was a foreign national and so there were some additional requirements they had to satisfy; and while doing that she was able to connect us to the various professionals we would need for homeowner's insurance, services (propane, electric, etc) and more. Corenna cheerfully managed this whole process with a smile and working with her was a pleasure!
